Мое личное оценочное суждение:  i really appreciate the community at skyeng, i.e. slack support, native teacher support. in the last 6 months or so, i have appreciated a more stable and helpful personal management system. the main issue i have is with the tech support team - i dont feel they offer personal support and are often too automated in their responses and not always willing to assist when needed. this is definitely a problem as i have gone through prolonged periods where ive had constant tech problems with vimbox during lessons and ive not always felt supported
